Bankable Hours
- Unused hours are stored for 3 months, Hours not used after 3 months are lost.
- Permitted to exceed plan by up to 1 month before additional hourly billing rates apply.
- Hours in excess of plan are billed at $60.00 per hour.
- Hours expire upon cancellation of plan, unless downgrading or upgrading plan.
- Time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Deluxe Service:
- Includes Standard hosting service listed below
- 6 Hours of pre-paid web maintenance service
Supreme Service:
- Includes Standard hosting service listed below
- 12 Hours of pre-paid web maintenance service
Standard Hosting:
- Standing hosting is included if needed with your service plan.
- Up to 5gb transfer per month
- 1 gig storage
- upto 10 email addressess
- Ecommerce sites , databases, and some content management systems may incur additional fees.
- No service plan?, hosting fee $10.00 per month
- Additional fees may apply with hosting such as domain registration fees.
Contract Period:
- Subscriptions are month to month and can be upgraded or downgraded at anytime.
Response Time:
- Our goal is to respond to your request with in 2 business days on any task, and completing those tasks with in 2 business days on tasks that require less than 2 hours to complete.
Unsubscribe:
- We really will miss you if you decided to unsubscribe, Maybe you would consider calling us first and we could change your plan that better fits your needs or budget. Remember, unsubscribing will cancel all bankable credits you may have.
